Abstract | ANGII-1 is a certified reference material (CRM) for the synthetic peptide angiotensin II (DRVYIHPF) and the trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) content. This material, distributed in 25 mg units, is intended for instrument calibration, method development, and validation for peptide hydrolysis experiments. Certified values for the mass fraction of angiotensin II and TFA have been established and information values for the mass fraction of water and related peptide impurities are provided. |
