Abstract
The dataset contains 29 zip files. Each zip file contains a flight folder with mobile-phone pictures taken from the NRC Convair-580 cabin in-flight and on the ground during each of the flight days of the ICICLE flight campaign in Rockford, IL. USA January-March 2019. The description of each flight can be found in https://catalog.eol.ucar.edu/icicle/tools/missions. The images from 29 flights (excluding flight #10) depict the surrounding environmental conditions, clouds, instruments, and ice accretion on the aircraft in appendix C and O conditions. The pictures are provided for contextual information only.
